We provide free shipping on all Prepaid orders. Pay online to avoid charges of ₹49 /product applicable on COD orders.

Order Processing: We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time: For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3- 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Return & exchange

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best-finished goods. If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can Exchange the product to us within 5 days from the delivery date, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition, i.e., all tags and the original

packaging should be intact and should be sent along with the product

All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received by our team and have cleared the quality check.

The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
